(Sep. 29, 2025) - The Oceania Taekwondo Union (OTU) successfully held its presidential election on September 29, 2025, with representatives from 15 member nations participating through the Lumi Global electronic voting system.
Following the official count, Mr. Maher Magableh of Australia was elected as the new President of the Oceania Taekwondo Union, defeating John Kotsifas by a vote of 11 to 3.
