SEOUL, Korea (August 6, 2019) - Hong Kong Taekwondo Association President Carl CHING Men Ky and Vice President Louis Ching visit WT headquarters in Seoul and had a discussion with WT President Chungwon Choue about the way of expanding and improving taekwondo in Hong Kong.
