1. Qualification for Participation: Holder of WT International Kyorugi Referee Certificate

 * Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis: Para-TKD Referee Refresher Course (100).

2. Important: 

* Para-TKD Referee Refresher Course will ONLY be held twice a year and ONLY the ones who complete the Onsite Para-TKD Referee Refresher course will be nominated as referees even after amendment of the rules.
